30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any product for a refund.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which it was dispatched
The product must be returned in its original packaging
Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use will not be accepted unless they are proven to be defective
Defective or Faulty Products
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at info@elarose.co.uk with your order number and a description (ideally with photos) of the issue.
We will offer:
A replacement
A full refund, or
An exchange, depending on the nature of the defect and your preference
We will cover return postage costs for defective products.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer
Items returned after the 30-day period (unless faulty)
Items without original packaging

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange
Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5β10 business days.
