If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for a personalised recommendation. You can also use our Quiz to identify the right product for your skin.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes! Many of our products are formulated with gentle, skin-loving ingredients and are dermatologically tested. Always check the product description, and if you’re trying something new, we suggest performing a patch test first.

 

How long will it take to see results from my skincare routine?

Consistency is key. While some people notice changes within a few days, it can take up to 4–6 weeks to see visible improvements, especially for concerns like acne, pigmentation, or fine lines.

Can I use your products alongside prescription treatments?

We recommend consulting your dermatologist or GP before combining our products with any prescription skincare or medication, as certain ingredients may interact or cause sensitivity.

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes – we offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £50. This service typically arrives within 3–4 working days once dispatched.

Can I get my order faster?

Absolutely! We offer a faster delivery option at checkout for just £3.99, which usually arrives in 1–2 working days after dispatch. Perfect if you’re in a bit of a skincare emergency!

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey to your door.

I entered the wrong address – what should I do?

If you’ve made a mistake with your delivery address, please email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to update it for you. Unfortunately, once it's been sent, we’re unable to make changes.

My order hasn’t arrived – what should I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, check your tracking link for updates. If there’s no movement or you're still unsure, don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll look into it right away.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, but if you contact us within a few hours of placing your order, we’ll do our best to help. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be changed or cancelled, but you may return it in line with our returns policy.
